Our Routemaster

Our Routemaster is number 2401 of the 2876 iconic London buses instantly recognisable across the world.  She was built in 1966 and has been plying Britain's roads in gainful employment ever since. Sadly London Transport buses of this era didn't record the mileage travelled, but we estimate she must have covered in excess of one million miles!

With seating for up to 72 passengers she is stylish transportation for any number of occasions. Supplied complete with a conductor to add to the authenticity and to ensure passenger safety.  For information on hire charges or to see more pictures please click the links below.

Our Guy Special
Our Guy Special is much rarer than our Routemaster, being number 17 of only 84 built.  She dates from 1953 and is named Lilibet in recognition of that year also being the year of Queen Elizabeth's Coronation.  With her quirky bodywork and country area green livery, she's sure to have appeal for a multitude of uses.

With 26 passenger seats her smaller stature means she is able to serve venues that are inaccessible to a double decker and she is perfect for smaller parties.  For information on hire charges or to see more pictures please click the links below.
Our Bristol KSW
Our 1953 Bristol KSW was produced in more plentiful numbers than our Guy Special but only a small number survive in revenue earning service.  She was affectionately christened Floss by a previous owner.  Beginning life with Westcliffe Motor Services as number 2383, a closed top bus working in Southend, she was subsequently converted to open top configuration in 1965/66.  Although not as well known as a Routemaster she is arguably a very famous bus having taken a starring role, transporting celebrities including Cliff Richard, Anita Harris and Tony Blackburn in the Parade to mark Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee.

2383 has seating for 61 passengers arranged as 33 on her upper deck and 28 inside the saloon.  She is suitable for innumerable uses but do please bear in mind her top speed of 30mph and the possibility of inclement weather when considering making a booking!
